Modern Warfare Warzone, Won't Connect To Xbox Live After Updating

The game MW Warzone, will not connect to Xbox live after an update two weeks ago. The message says, "Connection Failed". It all started when I cancelled a game pass subscription, but kept Xbox Live Gold subscription. It's almost like cancelling game pass,
messed up the xbox live connection? I only had 'game pass' for 10 minutes, before cancelling it. The Live Gold subscription should still work, but it's not connecting anymore, neither are games after updating... Internet connection is fine... Could it be a
setting on the physical Xbox, or a system error due to cancelling game pass?
