    Modern warfare sending me to main screen


    Hello so I had modern warfare for a while and I recently wanted to play it so I downloaded it and it's been a blast lately but every time I press the Xbox next time I play a match it will crash the game and then re load it without me clicking on the game and then when I load up the game again it gives me the error message “DEV ERROR 6034 [ww_mp_emperium.ff]” and I've tried everything but it won't work! And it will still give me the error UNTIL I restart the game by myself and the game not doing it for me. Can you please help me cause I don't want 3 days if sucky internet wasted.

    EDIT: Forgot to tell but when I reload the game by my self it will say “CONNECTION FAILED unable to access online services.” but my internet hasn't been bad ever since it finished downloading and it doesn't do that with any other games or apps either? And nor any of my other systems such as my switch and PlayStation 4

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

    If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

    In case the issue still persists after the previous steps have been performed here is the official link to all the network troubleshooting steps that can help sort this out for you.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Modern warfare Split screen multiplayer not working after season 5 update

    I am trying to play multiplayer split screen on COD Modern warfare and every time I try to connect it crashes and kicks me out and pops up a memory error code of 13-75. When is this problem gonna get fixed????? It used to at least let me play a couple of games before it crashes but now it completely doesn’t let me get on whatsoever !! So annoying!
    I found a temporary fix. When the screen shows to choose from Black Ops, Warzone and Modern Warfare make sure you sign in first on the main account. Then hit the Xbox button and sign in a guest using main account. Then with the other controller add your second account and it works...

    COD Modern Warfare - Physical Copy Issue After WarZone Update

    You do not understand the issue, you have to understand that there is modern warfare (not free) and modern warfare war zone (free)

    For those who have a physical version, we can't access the original modern warfare campaign and other stuff from the main game that we purchased, we can only access modern warfare war zone, everytime we try to play the original modern warfare and not modern
    warfare war zone it tell us that we have to purchase it. Even though we had paid for the physical version already.
