    Why do I have to purchase modern warfare on the digital store even though I have the disc? I reinstalled the game and downloaded all of the packs and it says I still have to buy it again, I've restarted everything I can think of, please help.

    Have you gotten this error on COD Modern Warfare (2019)? If so, that means that your maps are probably corrupted. I suggest reinstalling modern warfare.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently facing issues reinstalling Modern warfare. But don't worry, the following troubleshooting will fix the issue.

    Step 1: Clear Mac address:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    Step 2: Close any running games:

    To remove download constraints from games or apps being installed, you can either wait for the Xbox to suspend the running game, or you can force games to close by doing the following:

    1. On the Home screen, navigate to your most recently run game.
    2. With the game highlighted, press the Menu button and select Quit.
    Step 3: Reset your console:

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Step 4: cancel the game or app installation and then reinstall:

    If the steps above didn't resolve the problem, you should cancel the game installation:

    1. On the Home screen, open My games & apps > See all > Manage.
    2. Select Queue and highlight the game or app you're trying to download.
    3. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Cancel.
    You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading again from the Microsoft Store. To download the game again, search for and select the game in the Microsoft Store, and then select Install.

    Hello There ! I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    Then, select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    After you will need to perform a quick power cycle on your console, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please try to check your subscriptions in the order history in this following website :Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.
