    Modern Warfare multiplayer pack 3 is "currently not available" problem


    Hi guys ! (Sorry for my english im french)

    Here is the problem :

    When i want to download the modern warfare mutliplayer pack 3 on my xbox one X it said that the product is currently not available.

    I click on it and it put me back in the home menu of the microsoft store.

    I've cleared my cache and uninstall / re install the game.

    I try to contact the xbox staff but they are unavailable.

    I also tried with this topic :

    But the direct link for the extension are also currently not available even on my computer.

    I dont know what to do anymore, did I just lost 60 box ? (I buy the game when he came out)

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    For the best results, I'd suggest installing all the available packs for Modern Warfare. To clarify, you'd like to know if Modern Warfare's Multiplayer mode would work by only installing Multiplayer Pack 2, is that correct?

    If you navigate to the Xbox Store on your console, find Modern Warfare and then scroll down to DLC, you should see all of the packs that are available, including the free packs that are needed for multiplayer.
