    Modern Warfare missing packs


    4/9/2021 I bought the digital version of Modern Warfare on my Xbox about 2 days ago. I launched the game and I got to the game selection where you pick if you want to go into Cold War, Warzone, or Modern Warfare, When I try going into Muliplayer (or any Modern Warfare gamemode), it says that I have missing packs and that i need to download them. Fair enough, But here’s the problem - MOST of the packs are downloadable, but some of them aren’t. For example, both data packs 1 and 2 (Which are needed to play all of the game modes) don’t say I can install them. When I press data pack 1 or 2, it takes me to the store like it always does to download it, but it says that it isn’t in the store and that if i want to continue shopping (when I press continue shopping, it just takes me to the main menu of the store). I think the problem is that the store doesn’t think i bought the game. It says that a seperate game is needed on the left side of the “continue shopping” button. When I press that seperate game button, it takes me to the Modern Warfare Xbox store screen (that you can’t buy) where you choose the two editions (the two editions are the Modern Warfare digital version and Warzone (I had Warzone downloaded before)) I tried deleting Modern Warfare and re-installing it but it still does the same exact thing. I’ve check Youtube and Google and I can’t find anyone with the same problem as me. Please help. I SPENT $45 ON THIS GAME.

    Call Of Duty Modern Warfare not allowing me to play campaign

    Does every dlc appear on "Manage game & Add-ons" on MW ? is there any missing ? you should have:

    • “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — Multiplayer Pack”
    • “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — Spec Ops Pack 1″
    • “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — Campaign Pack 1″
    • “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — Campaign Pack 2″

    Hi There,

    This seems to be a fairly common occurance on Modern Warfare and the only fix that I've found involves doing these steps.

    MODERN WARFARE “YOU DO NOT OWN OR ARE MISSING THE MULTI PLAYER DLC PACK” ERROR FIX | XBOX ONE

    On Xbox One you’ll need to perform a slightly different process. There’s no option to restore licenses on Microsoft’s platform, which, regrettably, means that you’re less likely to fix the issue without needing to do a full reinstall.

    • Select “My games & apps” on the Home screen
    • Locate Modern Warfare on the “Games” tab, highlight it and press the Menu (start) button on your controller
    • Select “Manage game & add-ons”
    • The following items should appear in the “Installed” section:
      • “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — Multiplayer Pack”
      • “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — Spec Ops Pack 1″
      • “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — Campaign Pack 1″
      • “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare — Campaign Pack 2″
    • If you’re missing any, manually search the Xbox Store in order to download them
    • Should all of the relevant DLC already be present, you’ll need to uninstall all game content and then perform a full reinstallation
