    Modern Warfare Local Multiplayer


    Modern Warefare local multiplayer won't work.

    I don't have xbox live and don't plan on getting it. I am however connected to the internet. I just want to play local offline multiplayer.

    I have installed all updates available but it keeps trying to make me buy xbox live. When I say no thanks, go offline, I try to select local multiplayer but gives an error saying dlc pack 2 is missing. I then get another error saying the store is unavailable.

    One solution I've seen involves going into the options > general, however when I go to options, I can flick through the tabs for controller, audio or account fine. But as soon as I go to the general tab it takes me back to the purchase xbox live screen. When I select no thanks, it takes me all the way back to the title screen.

    Please help!
