Modern warfare keeps shutting my Xbox one x down when I enter multiplayer menu or store....

I too have this issue, and it happens with Warzone and Multiplayer. There's a

forum thread on Activision's forums about it too so you're definitely not alone. I found when I click to load WZ or MP, I hit the Xbox button, wait for it to load, then press B to get back into the menu. I keep hitting the Xbox button after every button
I press to navigate the menus until I'm in a game. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

My xbox one x shut down once bc of modern warfare. Infinity ward does need to do something. You are not alone

Modern warfare shut off immediately after I launch it but my xbox one console does not shut down

Thanks for coming to the forums for help. Sorry to hear that Modern Warfare keeps crashing your Xbox. One fix for this issue I found was to disable the crossplay feature. You can do that by following these steps:

• Boot up Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on you affected Xbox One X console
• Navigate to “Multiplayer” from the main menu
• Once in the multiplayer menu, press start (three horizontal lines) to bring up the options screen
• Press RB three times to reach the “Account” tab
• The “Crossplay” option will already be highlighted and set to “Enabled;” toggle this setting to “Disabled”
