    Modern warfare II


    hello, I bought modern warfare 2 vault edition on the modern warfare 2019 and not the Microsoft store and was able to play the open beta and campaign until it released publicly, and I wasn't able to get back on saying I don't own it anymore.



    I tried to repurchase it (worked before and didn't charge my account) but it gave me an error code and said I didn't own the game.



    It's not in my app library either.



    I have an external hard drive and tried to move it there if that's a problem.

    Why is it whenever I put my Modern Warfare 2 Cross Gen disc into my Xbox it doesn’t even start to install or even show up in the Queue? (I just bought the game.)

    Thank you so much for that and do you have the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, installed? If yes, can you please check if you can install the packs for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II from there?

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Is this happening only in Modern Warfare II?

    I heard that this game is causing some performance issues on PC

    If your problem is happening only there the best option is report this to Activision and wait for a new game update

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.
