    Modern Warfare II not playable


    Hey fellow ambs

    I’m trying to help a friend out here. So he preordered mw2 and installed it on his xbox along with all the content packs. He tries to play it and he cant play it bc of the message he received. The message said he needed to purchase the game. Well….he ALREADY purchased it. What advice could I give him other than try reinstalling the game?

    He doesn’t need to blow his money like that.

    Your friend needs to validate if the purchase for the game was successful. You need to ask him to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check what is the status of the order.

    It can be "completed, declined, or canceled". If it's canceled or declined, it may mean that Microsoft was not able to get the charge for the game.

    Why is it whenever I put my Modern Warfare 2 Cross Gen disc into my Xbox it doesn’t even start to install or even show up in the Queue? (I just bought the game.)

    Thank you so much for that and do you have the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, installed? If yes, can you please check if you can install the packs for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II from there?

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Is this happening only in Modern Warfare II?

    I heard that this game is causing some performance issues on PC
