Modern Warfare doesn't work offline anymore

Hi Team,

I purchased Modern Warfare (physical disk) on launch day. I could play the campaign till a few weeks ago.

However, last night when I was trying to play the campaign it wouldn't let me play offline any more.

I tried to reinstall the game, however, the only option I am getting is to buy a XBox live account.

The campaign is supposed to be playable offline, not sure why I am being forced into buying XBox Live to play the campaign.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Try to install the game without being connected to the Internet.

You should be able to play the campaign with out having Xbox live.

If the problem still continues contact both Xbox and Activision support.

You probably have better chance of getting a response from Xbox then Activision though.

It’s absolute [Mod removed- inappropriate] Activision refuses to answer this question so now we are just out $60. I will never buy a game from thise crooks again.

restart the game or contact game support.

There was a recent update; I suggest double checking you have updated the game.
