    i bought modern warfare for the xbox one recently, but was faced with the struggles of getting the right packs to get the game running. i know this issue is happening with a lot of people but i would like help from people who know what they're talking about.

    i mainly just want to play the campaign, and would also like the co-op game modes to play with my brother, but whenever i try to click on the gamemode i want to play it says,"dlc is not installed, install to continue" and then takes me to the page where i can download the packs. the only problem is that whenever i get sent to the place where i install all the packs, it says "store is unavailable" ands sends me back to the home page.

    i do not know if this is a server issue, an issue on my end or whatever, i just want to play the game. i spent $60 on this game and would expect WAY better for this price.

    what might be the cause of this issue is that i dont have xbox live gold, but I have great internet connection. I don't know if not having xbox live gold would prevent me from getting the packs. any form of help would be greatly appreciated.

    How do I access call of duty modern warfare when I have bought the disk?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly make sure that all the packs required for the games are installed on your Xbox by following the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    From there install all packs and DLCs available.

    Also, make sure that these packs are installed:

    Modern Warfare - Campaign Pack 1

    Modern Warfare - Campaign Pack 2

    Modern Warfare - Multiplayer Pack

    Modern Warfare - Special Ops Pack 1

    Why is it whenever I put my Modern Warfare 2 Cross Gen disc into my Xbox it doesn’t even start to install or even show up in the Queue? (I just bought the game.)

    Thank you so much for that and do you have the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, installed? If yes, can you please check if you can install the packs for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II from there?

    Hi there.

    You can go in the in game settings and check the Game installs option in the general category. The required dlcs for modern warfare should say NOT INSTALLED. Also make sure Multiplayer pack, Special Ops Pack, Campaign Pack 1 & 2 are installed

    Its just how modern warfare has been made and you should try re-installing the dlc pack at a later time
