    I purchased the digital version of Modern Warefare,(59.99) tried to download it,it’s saying all installed,but packs are missing,so can’t play.I have tried all ways suggested to get this game,to no avail.This product is not fit for purpose,I want a REFUND pls

    I bought the digital version of ‘Modern Warfare’ and in the offline mode, it shows ‘Buy Modern Warfare’ in place of ‘Campaign’. Activision must do something about this

    You will need to go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that bought the game, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!

    After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!
