Modern Warfare, Data Pack 1 somehow uninstalled itself, then I reinstalled it

So... I can't play modern warfare. Data Pack 1 somehow deleted itself. I went and reinstalled it last night.

When I go into the game it's still listed as not installed (it asks me to install multiplayer before can do so). In the store it says "this product is installed". When I go to my file library, it says I need to install it.

I can't delete it because in the library it says it isn't installed, but I can't install it because the store says it is.

I tried deleting all of my modern warfare files, didn't work. Same issue. store says its installed, files say it isn't.

Then try to see. You reinstalled the whole thing?

I have an external and it saying please install multiplayer I already downloaded it once

This happened to me before,I had to use a new external.

Just uninstalled everything and reinstalled and nothing changed. I dont think im missing a pack. I have the pack 1 and 2. I load into the game and to the right theres multiplayer and it says purchase modern warfare.
