Modern Warfare Connectivity

Hey, im getting really tired of this so this is my last resort before i sell my xbox and buy a ps4. I have not been able to play the new game i pre-ordered (Call of Duty). It didnt let me on when it first came out so i was like, must be the servers well
let me play the campaign. Then i was able to play online at 3 am until 4 am and went to sleep. Since friday i have not been able to access online features on this game ive bought exclusively to play the multiplayer. I see its only on xbox servers that its
having a problem with the game. Well almost 3 days is ridiculous and ive come to the end of my patience. I didnt pay $60 to play a campaign and 1 hour of multiplayer. Im falling behind in the grind to get weapons and perks which will lead to me being at a
disadvantage, this is a HUGE disaster. I want to know when the servers are going to be back up for this game because my weekend is gone and now i have to work so there goes all my free time. If i would of known this would happen i wouldnt have bought it in
the first place. Im angry but im trying not to be extra, i dont want to refund but at this point its getting ridiculous.... nothing like this has ever happened to me when purchasing a game. And its not my internet or xbox, because i play ever other game besides
the one i want to play. Its really pissing me off seeing ps4 users play online on youtube while im sitting here twiddling my fingers deleting and reinstalling trying the same da... dang tricks over and over again hoping it’ll work. I need a response from the
ambassadors or im selling this xbox and buying a ps4. im literally on a 321 minute wait line to even get help from a call which is ridiculous. The old text an ambassador system was 100% better. This all just makes me feel unappreciated and pushed aside while
my $60 are being enjoyed.
