    Modern Warfare causing Xbox One X Users to crash


    Modern Warfare is causing my Xbox One X to Crash and fully shutting down my console. I am aware Infinity Ward is working on the problem but there hasn't been an update today from them as they mentioned on their reddit support page that they would be working
    closely with Microsoft on that issue. Do you anyone know when they will fix this issue for Xbox One X users?

    Things I have tried to fixing this issue:

    Hard Resetting my Xbox

    Transferring the game to an External Drive

    Not opening up the guide or being in a party while playing

    Re-downloading the Game

    Deleting the Cache and saves from console

    Switching to Energy Mode

    If anyone knows please share it.

    I have had this same problem. I have had to hard reset my Xbox every time and sometimes it'll work. Other times, I just wait a little while before starting the game up if the hard reset does not work, and then it will work and i just hope that it doesn't
    happen again.

    Really not liking the new MW so far for reasons like this and a couple other things.

    Hope this gets fixed soon :(
