    So i purchased the pre-order for Modern Warfare 2 remastered, the purchase also included an operator pack add on for Modern Warfare. I installed both but when i got on modern warfare the new pack wasnt showing up. I went to the in-game store to see if
    purchasing the pre-order thru the game would initiate a download for my additional content. That didnt work so i went to my xbox games and add ons and uninstalled the add-on included with my pre-order in hopes i could reinstall and have better luck but now
    the add on is not showing up in “my games and apps” and is no where to be found on my dashboard. How can i recover this?

    Does your purchase history section show that purchase?

    Check your purchase history to see if it appears that you made that transaction, and I recommend that you contact Microsoft support.

    My purchase history only shows the game and not the additional pack. I tried uninstalling the game and re-installing to see if it would re-install the content but it did not

    The pack not appearing is a known issue and is being worked on by activision support, hopefully they will have it fixed quickly and you will be able to download the pack then

    Why is it whenever I put my Modern Warfare 2 Cross Gen disc into my Xbox it doesn’t even start to install or even show up in the Queue? (I just bought the game.)

    Thank you so much for that and do you have the Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, installed? If yes, can you please check if you can install the packs for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II from there?

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.
