Modern Warfare Account Link

So i have my normal xbox account that i sign into, and thats fine, but you need a seperate activision account to play modern warfare, I know the email but have forgotten the passwords, name i put account under and date of birth (as i was under 18 at the time i probs changed it) is there a way to get into this account? ive tried to use the recovery form but just rejects me everytime even after me entering my bank details that i use on my xbox. Microsoft one of the biggest companies in the world but its impossible just to contact and speak to someone.

Yes this is true, i know all of my xbox live information, but the activision account i use to play Modern Warfare/ Vanguard i dont know the password too. Im literally signed into the account both on my xbox and on my laptop right now, but cant change password as it says you need to get into the email and verify to change.
