Modern warfare 3 re pre order issue

I have pre-ordered modern warfare 3 and i am having the same worry...

I never cancelled my pre-order, paid off my PC but I am switching my Modern Warfare 3 pre-order for the 360 version of BF3.

This did not resolve the issue. I still do not have the option to access Modern Warfare. It only shows options to pre-order Modern Warfare 2, Play Warzone, or Purchase Vanguard. If I view it in the store it says I own the game.
