Modern warfare 3 pre order issues

Hello, I have a Xbox series S and about a month ago i pre ordered modern warfare 3. But now when I click on the game it says pre order now for £69.99 even though I paid for it already

I never cancelled my pre-order, paid off my PC but I am switching my Modern Warfare 3 pre-order for the 360 version of BF3.

This did not resolve the issue. I still do not have the option to access Modern Warfare. It only shows options to pre-order Modern Warfare 2, Play Warzone, or Purchase Vanguard. If I view it in the store it says I own the game.

Known Issue: Users who pre-ordered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered are not seeing the Underwater Demo Team Ghost Operator Bundle unlocked as a pre-order bonus in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

You should check on account.microsoft.com that the transaction went through for the game, and also check your bank to see if the funds went through as well. If Xbox had trouble taking the payment, then it would have been cancelled.
