Modern warfare 2019 wont work like in warzone

So i got the disc for modern warfare while having warzone i deleted warzone re installed and installed the packs i played in my dads acc i think which had game pass it showed up next day on my acc it went away. Like there was a tab saying modern warfare where vanguard was meant to be but i wass missing data packs that was true but how do i get modern warfare on my acc?

Hi VK_04212, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Nvm i tried my dads acc with game pass it worked try gampass i guess

I have a similar question. I purchased modern warfare 2019 so i could play warzone caldera. I have a xbox one and i installed all the add-ons for the game. Campaign pack 1 and 2, special ops 1, multiplayer pack 1, and 2 and that's it. so my problem is when i open modern warfare to download warzone caldera it shows none of my add-ons are installed. I unistalled the addons and unistalled modern warfare but nothing is working. can you please help me so i can play warzone with my friends.

You get the "Oops.not sure what happened here. Please try again later." when you try and install the multiplayer pack from within the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game. This is the error I was getting. If you close the window you will see the dreaded PILUM error code!

So as per my post, you need to navigate to the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game in the Xbox game store, choose the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Digital S..." edition and then scroll down to the "In This Bundle" portion.

Then choose the multiplayer pack for Call of Duty Modern Warfare and install that.

The reason for the error is because Call of Duty Warzone versions have been updated, but the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game multiplayer included version link has not, hence the error you get.
