Modern Warfare(2019) campaign not working. Installed from disc.

I bought Modern Warfare 2019 a little while ago and have just got around to installing it with the intention of playing the campaign only.
I have absolutely no interested in War Zone or multiplayer.
I first tried only installing the base game and campaign packs 1 & 2 from the disc and then downloading the updates.
All this gave me was a screen telling me to buy the game.
I OWN IT ON DISC.
I then uninstalled everything and tried installing the entire disc and then running the updates.
With this I got into the menus but when I tried selecting the campaign it said I needed DLC packs and then told me the store was unavailable.
I HAVE INSTALLED EVERYTHING FROM THE DISC.

It also keeps telling me to sign up for an Activision account.
Not a chance in hell am I doing that.
I have no interest in playing anything but the campaign.

Why can I not play a game that I own on disc?
Everywhere I look there are others having the same issue since early 2020 and this has still not been resolved.
I've installed, deleted and installed again.
I've power cycled my console.
I've made sure that everything is updated.
I still cannot play a game that I own on disc.

I found a thread on Reddit where it mentions the same problem, and that apparently this is a bug with the game itself and not the Xbox, but the member also reports a possible solution, if you want to try the procedure use the instructions provided by him in the link below.

- If that doesn't solve the problem, I suggest you contact Activision support as it may be a problem with them.

I have tried all steps suggested here and the steps suggested in the linked thread and none of it has worked.

I own this game on disc but cannot play just the campaign.
I'm still getting the missing DLC pack error message and the error message about the store being unavailable.

Usually, DNS servers can conflict with gaming licenses, these solutions don't affect your connection, rest assured.

Anyway, as none of the above solutions solved the problem, I suggest you try the alternatives below, please.

Try to install it first only the disc content. When at the beginning of the installation will pop up a message asking you to choose if you want to install an update at the same time. Don't use this option, use install only disc content. Then after the installation of the disc is finished, take the disc out, go to game management, look for the update in the Updates tab, install without the disc.
When it finishes, put the disc in and see if you come up with the same error.

I understand, given the solutions that we tried and that would normally solve the problem, I suggest that you contact Activision support, as mentioned in the thread it's not a problem with the console, but a bug with the game.
