    Modern Warfare (2009) on Series S Online Server


    I’m trying to play Modern Warfare 2 (2009) on my Xbox series s. I currently have the game pass ultimate and to my understanding I don’t need to purchase Xbox live because of the ultimate pass. However, I can’t play on the online servers cause it says I need Xbox live. Is there any info that can help me?

    How do I change Xbox live info when using a Xbox Series S?

    If you are playing the Xbox 360 2009 version of Modern Warfare 2, then no, you cannot change it, as the game is a 360 game, and so uses the 360 infrastructure.

    If it's the Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S 2022 version, then changing your Xbox gamerpic on your profile might change it for you on the game. Or you might have to change it via the Activision site.
