modern warfare 2 preorder

i remember preordering on june 9th and money was taken out and nownthe authorization has aupposedly failed and i was charged again and it disappeared from my bank app too even though it showed i paid and lost the money to it in june.

what do i do about this?

I preordered modern warfare 2 and it’s not appearing in my library so I went to store to download it and it says I have to purchase it when I already did so not sure what to do??

Double check if the first charge still appears in your bank app, I ask this because usually this first charge is only an authorization hold (to verify if you're using a valid payment method)

About the second charged, when you say "it disappeared from my bank app" is this for the second charge or the first?

And, if you go to your Microsoft account order history, are you able to see Modern warfare 2 preorder with status completed?
