    Modern Warfare 2/3 will not update/download.


    I have been unable to download any updates to modern warfare 2 for months now. It hasn't been the largest priority but flustering non the less. Today I purchased (pre-ordered) MW3 to be able to play the campaign and it too will not download. I have tried everything under to book but to list them:

    Hard reset(10second turn off-unplug)

    Verify network connection

    cleared cache

    console is up to date and internet connection is good

    changed download location to internal from external memory

    restarted internet router/modem

    cleared queue and went back to microsoft store to redownload

    moved all games to external hard drive so internal has plenty of storage

    I was able to download mw3 add ons, but the game itself just keeps saying installation stopped. watched multiple youtube videos/scowered the forums and no luck. This is $140 worth of games I am unable to access which is pretty disappointing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
