Modern Warefare - Pre Order Canceled

I have pre ordered Modern Warefare and paid for it and have been playing it since its release, but cant play it now and getting an error saying that my pre-order has either been canceled or I need to buy the game, when going to store it shows that it have
been baught and give the play option, when I click play I get the same error saying my pre order has been canceled or and need to buy the game (Payment & Billing (0x803f8007)

I never cancelled my pre-order, paid off my PC but I am switching my Modern Warfare 3 pre-order for the 360 version of BF3.

Hey all, the best thing I can think of as to why this is, is that it prevents people from pre-ordering the game, getting the content, and then canceling the pre-order. After all the whole point is to get the game and I know there’s gonna be some people
that, upon getting a modern warfare content, we’re just turn around and cancel it. They’ve already got the content and didn’t have to pre-order anything
