Modern ware says I never purchased ????

I pre ordered modernwarfare obviously before it came out played it a bit

got more interested in warzone,

so i uninstalled to make room now i wanna play the regular multiplayer and it says i never purchased it ????

please tell me this is an error i cant find a fix anywhere or i havent found it yet im getting irritated i go to games and it says it wasnt ourchased in the app store no download option just purchase im not spending another 60 dollars.....please help.
Its not even in my purchase history like *** microsoft

Im having the same problem except i own the disk..... ive uninstalled and reinstalled it and i havent gotten any luck it only happened after i got gamepass ultimate....

will update if solution is found

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Kindly make sure that the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, kindly remove and re-add your account to re-sync the licenses of your account.

" REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

Nout wrong with BF3 my friend, servers ware working perfectly so if youre bored waiting to join a game in MW3, why not pop over to BF3 and get some real modern warfare ;-)

Given another Game of the same barely made waves (and looked 100% better in doing so), I would say this is simply another Shovel-ware Game.

For those who are interested in the "better" version, it is AO Rated and would never see the light of Xbox and probably any Console. You never know with crazy Nintendo though.
