Modern ware fare missing data packs Xbox

We understand that you are trying to play Call of Duty: Warfare when you encounter an error. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

We would like to ask for few questions to better isolate your issue.

1. May we know if you have a game disk or did you downloaded the game?
   
2. We would like to ask for a screenshot of the error message. Kindly use this as guide - How to include a screenshot in your post.
   
3. Have you tried doing this step:
   
   • Go to Manage Game and add-ons.
     
   • Select Manage installations on internal storage
     
   • Make sure the filters are on Call of Duty and add-ons.
     
   • It will show all the DLC or items you have purchased for a specific game.
     
   • Check if everything is updated and installed (ready to install is empty).
     
4. Can you please share with us any troubleshooting you have performed?

Hi Kathy,

I posted the screenshots below of everything that is installed for Modern Warefare.

I am on Xbox one.

This is only happening with modern warefare. I am able to play the rest of my games online without issue.

Would you mind posting a screenshot of the Manage Game and add-ons where Data Packs are seen to be installed.

May we know if it includes Single Player DLC Packs?

Would you like to play with your friends too? Please install Multiplayer Data Pack.

May we know if you are playing on Xbox Console or Windows?

• If Windows, please check Xbox Networking. Go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking. Wait until Xbox Live multiplayer loads information.
  
• In Xbox Console: go to Settings > Account > Privacy & Online safety > Xbox privacy > View details and customize > Communication and multiplayer.
  

Is this issue happening to all Xbox game (online/offline or single/multiplayer)? Or is this happening to specific game (Call of Duty: Warfare) only?

Upon isolating your issue, if this is only happening to one game then we need to contact the game's support for assistance. You, with no doubt should be able to play Call of Duty: Warfare since you have installed all necessary Data Packs which was said to be missing as what the error message said so.

Also, please check this link from Activision - Known Issues in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (activision.com). This contains known and resolve issue. Kindly look at the resolved issues tab and you will see that they have already resolve the concern you have address in here.

Hi Kathy,

I downloaded the game so no disk.

I will post the pictures of the error with this message.

I have gone to the manage game and add-ons which shows everything is installed with no updates available.

I have basically tried everything and even uninstalled and re-installed the game
