Discus and support Moderators PLEASE HELP in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Recently there was a live update that would erase completely your Hard Drive. I happen to be one those victims.     Moderators PLEASE HELP


    Recently there was a live update that would erase completely your Hard Drive. I happen to be one those victims. As a result I have lost my Preview Update app and EA Access app. How can I recover them as I can't re download from the store. Thanks in advance

    Need a Moderators help please!

    Well this is not my main account my main account is M3gaToxic and for some reason when i try to get onto the forums with that account i get a message, now im not sure if im banned or suspended because i was never given a heads up and was wondering if any
    moderator around here could please help me out.



    This is the message i get:

    Forum Moderators Please Help Me!

    Hey there Nuckle! the only thing I can think of is to check other accounts that might have been the one to actually purchase the content. Did you have any other accounts on the console at the time you purchased these (roommates, family, etc.)? If Billing
    Support cannot find any record of these things being purchased on your account, then I'm afraid we won't be much help beyond that. Let us know what you come up with, thanks!

    For future reference this should have been posted in the preview forums

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    However, in order to redownload the app go to My Games & Apps and scroll all the way to the right to see Waiting to Download. All previously downloaded items should be in that list.

    You aren't allowed to call out other players on the forums. Use the dashboard reporting tools. You can also contact your local law enforcement agency as DDoS is illegal. Finally, contact your isp provider and explain to them what happened. They can issue
    you a new ip.

    The only other thing I can suggest is to try and PM a moderator, you do that by clicking the little letter icon under one of their posts. You can find a post by the moderator
