Moderator help requested

After talking with support I was directed here...I received a promo code for world of tanks for buying the movie Fury. while trying to enter it I accidentally deleted the message...i am told only moderators here have the ability to resend the original message.
My fingers are crossed!

How do i delete my Parenting control ?

Ha ha. My post was deleted, and I received an email saying it was deleted because I requested it to be.

I think a moderator misread my post, but it's all good.

 

A Request for Help

Just the game. The xbox has been performing fine since then, and other games work fine.

However, I haven't tried to load any save files from any other games, so I have no idea whether the "load file" function works at all.

 

moderators only moderate the forum they have no control over what you are asking. you can check to see if it was emailed to the email associated with the account but if it is not then there is nothing you can really do MS is not responsible for deleted
message that have codes in them when deleted by the user that got them.

 

I found their advice dubious.....but here I see other folks who apparently received help in similar situations
