Moderator abusing their power

I would like to know how to report a moderator abusing their power. In COD I come across this player who, EVERY TIME they are on MY TEAM they will purposely loose and throw the game. I sent this person a message I have sent a hundred times before that has NEVER got banned even though people have tried. It didn’t even notify me of this ban and the supposed banned message doesn’t even say “message deleted” like it ALWAYS does! Before anyone says moderators can’t do that, I’ve actually had a moderator banning me over and over again for 3 months and Xbox realized, sent me a message saying sorry, and gave me a month of Xbox live free. Moderators should NOT act like this, and they definitely should NOT be making you loose on purpose in game which is boosting AND cheating.

That would have been another gamer. They would have reported you and the enforcement team issued the suspension. You would report the other person via their profile.

clearly you didn’t read, I’ve sent the same exact words to millions of people, the message doesn’t say “message deleted” like it should. It happened as SOON AS I messaged her. And please explain the previous time when I didn’t get on my account for 3 months but kept getting a com ban when I was NEVER on, only to get a message from Xbox. When it’s actually through Xbox the message will appear as “this message was deleted” by message is STILL showing up and I’ve gone through the rest of my messages, NOTHING.

I did read your message. The player you came across still wouldn't have been a moderator. As far as the message not showing deleted, that has happened to a few people recently. It seems to be a glitch.

As far as the previous issue you mentioned, that happened to quite a few people. It was some issue the enforcement team had.

I think whatever mod that removed the guy's name in the OP's post, forgot to remove the name from your post...LOL.

Understand there are some of us who will remind you of your TOS and EULA as ambassadors and try to get you to be civil but we have no more power than you, when we run into a modder or very rude person on xbox we have to initiate the same report as you through
the same channels as you, we are there to help as ambassadors not make your life heck. No xbox employee that i know of will ever identify themselves on xbox.

Unless you have done someting that xbox security investigates and is found to be true such as a JTAG you should b ok.
