Moderate NAT since joining Dashboard Preview Program

Hello.

I've always had an Open NAT on my Xbox One. If it wasn't Open when I turned on my Xbox, I could run the Network Test (Test Multiplayer Connection) and then hold RB+LB+RT+LT and it would display the message about a Cone NAT. I'd have an Open NAT after that.
I use Port Forwarding and forward everything I need to the Xbox One. I use Energy-Saving Mode on the Xbox.

I don't know if it's a coincidence, but since I started getting updates from the Preview Program, my NAT is always Moderate. Or at least is says Moderate, because the oddest thing is that when I play Black Ops 3, the game says my NAT is Open.
I don't seem to have trouble with chat, but I'm not sure about connecting with other players.

Long story short: Xbox One says Moderate NAT (this started with the Preview Program), Black Ops 3 says Open NAT. Info below:

Things you have tried: UPNP, Port Triggering, DMZ, Port Forwarding. Rebooting Router, Rebooting ONT, Rebooting Xbox.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: No, (doesn't work properly on my hardware.)

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: Moderate NAT. (Your Network is behind a Port-Restricted NAT)

Any Error Codes you encounter: No.

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Verizon Fios, 75/75 Connection.

Xbox One has a Static IP from the Router.

XBOX One Open, Ghosts Moderate how to get open on both

Had this problem since day one, opened 3075 in January and it worked until 3 days ago when it switched back to moderate on ghosts. Wondered if its connected to joining the preview update program ?

 

Looking for an EA Access beta code

To any fellow Xbox gamer willing to help.

Yesterday I joined the Xbox One dashboard preview program. I’m very interested in joining the EA Access beta program, but apparently since I joined after the 27 of July I haven’t received the code to download the beta.

Is there any Xbox gamer that is part of the dashboard program and isn’t interested in joining the EA Access beta, willing to share his code with me?

Same problem, have tried everything and contacted my isp who is frontier internet.

 

I had Frontier Internet for about two years and always had a Moderate NAT. Honestly I hate to say this but the fastest and easiest way to cure a NAT problem is to switch ISP's. I learned things about the internet that I never wanted to learn while being
a customer of frontier. The thing about them is they are a phone company that provides internet, so they don't really get it. I had to run frontier techs out of my house because they were attempting to do port forwarding and *** it up bad. Doing a static
IP on your console does no good if your modem or router from your ISP isn't static as well. Most ISP's only offer dynamic and especially the ones that provide crappy internet.

 

OK, so I think I figured it out.

I reset everything. Shut down the ONT for a while and reset my Router to defaults, clearing all Port Forwarding rules.

Then I put the Xbox One into the Router's DMZ.

Now I get an Open NAT on the Xbox and in the game.

I'm not sure why that worked, but it seems to be working properly now.

Glad you got yours fixed man. I guess with my sweet frontier DSL who knows when it will finally be fixed, lol.
