3. Solution needed - profile doesn't have correct permissions to access feature. I can't play games on line with Fifa 16. Could with Xbox 360. What's going on?

why can't I now connect on line to play games in Fifa 16. It's ridiculous. I've tried various solutions, that's just don't seem to work.

i want a simple solution to problem, please. Tried Nat and it says I have moderate Nat! But how do I change my bt home hub so I don't have moderate Nat? Why is this so complicated?....

moderate NAT on Bt home hub 4

For some reason the UPnP on the xbox one is not compatible with the home hub 4 and 5.

You can open the NATs for the xbox one dashboard via UPnP through by running a multiplayer test on the xbox one then when it's done you press the two triggers and two bumper buttons at the same time to open an extra stats screen. Once on this screen press
'A'

This should open the ports but you sometimes need to do it twice.

Also delete your other port forwardings if you want to have an open NAT on both Xboxes.

The only port you should have forwarded is port 3075 and that should only be forwarded to the xbox you want to play COD on.

@Malacath - network port 3075 is not a port that is triggering a service on Xbox LIVE!

@taidara

Actually it is.

While it's not a standard xbox Live port it is used by Call of Duty.

It is needed and call of duty will not have an open NAT without it.

I've done tests with 3 routers. The two routers where the UPnP does work with xbox one will open port 3075 for COD ghosts using demonware port mapping.

I know this because the java port mapper program I have lists all ports opened via UPnP. And port 3075 is always opened by cod ghosts using demonware port mapping. Xbox Live itself opens ports 3074 using Teredo

moderate NAT on Bt home hub 4

@They (Activision) are using their own servers, within the "logical" realm of LIVE. Whatever port(s) they choose to have for their services is up to them.
It is needed and call of duty will not have an open NAT without it.
Not for the method to diagnose and discover end-user NAT behavior, at this stage. By "this stage", I'm referring to the fact that the OP hasn't mentioned cod ghost,
as being part of the issue.

I've notice that you have a good knowledge regarding networking, but you should also know that UPnP (on most end-user NAT devices) tends to overwrite static NAT, and for multiple console's, connecting to the same router Internet connection, it is wisely and
recommended, to only use UPnP.

Ok, sorry. I know what you meant now.

I do know you can't use port forward for multiple devices which is why I said only forward port 3075.

I should have worded it better to only forward it if you have call of duty as there is no way to open the NAT on that game on the HH4 and 5 by using only UPnP.

10. BT homehub is easy, do dmz for the xbox. Homehub has automatic Xbox os pick up so to do this,

On your router , get access into it by using the router ip address which usually is 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 enter pw and username go to ADVANCED SETTINGS - > FIREWALL - > DMZ - > Enable dmz and then select xbox OS or manually enter the XBOX one ip address
which you can find in network settings.

Unless something is wrong with the firmware or the company does any additional port security on their own side regarding the ports that we need this solves the issue 100%
