I need help with a player cheating in Halo 3. I submitted a file complaint and avoided his account in hopes of him being banned or suspended. He is modding in some sort of way. I'm assuming aimbot/modded controller and/or J-tag on his xbox 360. He is easily
hitting every headshot with a sniper rifle. There are only 4 bullets in a clip for a sniper and he was hitting 4 headshots every clip. It's ruining my rank in which I have worked very hard for. Very few losses on my account. Out of 54 games I only had 7 losses.
This hacker/modder/cheater has made me lose 2 more games in a row. Even though I reported and avoided him, he still matches against me in matchmaking. His gamertag is "PJ Again xD".

i swear its the community that ruins it

modding is completely different then using an exploit already in the game. DICE is just lazy. like others have said rockets do quick work of most cheap players.

Yes lot's of modding along with glitching (gamers using in game exploits like wall a wall hack, well that's what BF3 call an exploit and even they have no idea about the correct terminology to use thus confusing people even more) and then
you have the retards who use a modded controller because they blow.

As long as you have filed a complaint on him, the enforcement team will investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Though most of the time it is due to the console being modded or having used some form of save exploit ... though the save exploit generally kills the Gamertag and not the console

Not even close. Modding involves changing code in the game. Exploiting is taking advantage of the coding already in the game. Creating a file on a computer and importing it to your Xbox that gives you a weapon that shoots cash is modding. Duplicating
weapons or cash in the game is an exploit. Yes, they both can suck the fun right out of the game, but one is far worse than the other.
