Modding and scamming

yardz n dee has a modded account and asked my 11 year son to send him 2100 microsoft points as payment for unlocks and god mod. i know he shouldn't be getting this done but it's impossible for a gamer to play a game of mw3 when all these modders are messing
with the game. They are invisible and never die. Anyway my son sent the points to yardz n dee. He claimed the points and then blocked all communications. This yardz n dee befriended my son and gained his trust knowing full well what he about to do the him.
I feel it is unfair and unsafe for yardz n dee to remain on xbox live and ask for him to be banned. I have voice chats and messages plus receipt for points and copy of points code to back all this up if you require the proof. My three sons and Myself have
an xbox account and feel if nothing is done about these gamers then xbox is allowing them to carry on scamming people as they please. I have also contacted activision on several occasions about the leader boards and modding but they don't seem to be doing
anything about it.

All you need to do is report him and block communication with him.Microsoft has all chat records so no need for screen pics or video.Go to your friend tab in the guide then to the recent player list.If hes in that list click his name and you will be given
the option to submit a review.Theres where you can report him.To block communication open up a message he sent and click 'block communications'.You will never see another message from him.Also never give out information to others including email address,passwords
etc.

I play fifa 14... there is a kid named BadGonorrhea and he has been talking to me about how he has a jtag. He scammed me out of some players on fifa 14 ultimate team by lying about a jtag and a patch on his "modded xbox" Now that i threatened to report him,
all he does is invite me to partys and make fun of me for it with sarcasm and what not. I managed to take a video of what he was saying to me as well. I know that he scams other kids out of players almost everyday and is ruining the game and community for
a lot of people. Please respond and look into this because I am very displeased. Also I would like to know how to get the evidence to you if you would like. Once again please look into this ASAP because many people are suffering from his harassing and attempts
of scamming. Thank you

 

1) Please don't name and shame, as it is against the CoC.

2) The only thing you can do is report the player so that the Xbox Enforcement team may investigate.

 

you can also block communications like zombi said file a complaint, mute him, bad review, and if not already un friend him

 

Only named him as xbox adviser told me to post on forum and keep mentioning his gamer tag so others are aware of him sorry. And that was a supervisor. How do I get enforcement team. Thanks

 

You can't contact the enforcement team directly.The only way to bring this player to thier attention is by filing a complaint via your console.

This "supervisor" was wrong,you cannot call out gamertags on the forums.
