Modders and cheaters

I've got a message for the Xbox Live enforcement team why is it that we pay money to play games even as old school as Call of Duty Black Ops Black Ops 2 and so on and these games are not being monitored anymore do you realize what is happening there are
modders and hackers everywhere from God mode users to double Health users to people modding leaderboards but I file complaints every day against the same players no actions being taken I would like an explanation why

Dedicated Servers or just be modders/cheaters around.

 

The enforcement team do take care of the cheaters and modders, but ultimately it is up to the game's developers to patch their games to keep that kind of stuff from happening. Unfortunately, game developers tend to ignore older games once newer once have
been released so that leads to more people cheating/modding because it's not being fixed.

 

The old Call of Duty games didn't have dedicated servers. The Cod servers of old only link players together and record game progress, the system picks a user to act as the host. This online play mechanic is the cheapest to implement, the downside is that
in order to prevent cheating/modding, the game has to be continually updated. Updating games costs money, and it's the publisher's responsibility for this, not Microsoft.

The current Call of Duty games use dedicated servers, which, for the most part, should prevent most cheaters from ruining games.

Enforcement takes time. The system is not automated. It can take several days for an enforcement action to take place against another player.

 

Of course Xbox know these games are full of cheats.

No action is taken because they do not investigate complaints filed for cheating on older games.

They do not care about your gaming experience as long as the money keeps rolling in. It's far more cost effective to ignore the problem and close off the enforcement team from their customers.

I have encountered the same cheats day after day for years and no action is ever taken against them. One of these well known and blatant cheats tried to de-rank me last week but i dashboarded before he could re-start the game. He even sent me messages admitting
all this but no action will be taken.

 

Please do report the cheaters so that the Xbox Enforcement team can take action on their accounts! Microsoft does not develop COD, and hence it may be best to bring this issue up directly to the game developers!
