Is anything to be done about them. It's getting old starting a game and having a modder come in with 10 million dps plus and spamming attacks while I just stand there because I started the rift or whatever. I hear just play with legit people but there's
no kicking from games and why should I go out of my way to play a game legitimately?

    Either way just wondering.

    :)

    Modded Items..?

The only thing you can do is leave a player review and avoid that player and you will have less of a chance of seeing that host and they will will have less of a chance to see yours. There will always be modders in games like this so just avoid them when
    you can.

  3. Modded Items..?

I have one character (no mods) that can clear the missions solo for the organs with no problems on master 5. I have had some issues with Kulle's fireballs at times, but that's it. Almost all my characters and followers have hell rings.

It took a long time to get this character where it is. Countless hours of farming for materials and gold for the countless tries of crafting the best gear (which I may never get the 'best' stuff). But, what I do have is pretty decent. I don't think the
game drops enough gold.. I'm ALWAYS broke!

Anyway, what I'm saying here... it IS possible to do. It just takes a lot of work if you are to do it legit.

I've been doing rifts like crazy and have never run into a modder yet....kinda wish I could because it'd be fun watching someone melt faces like that at least once, after that I'm sure it would get old.

  5. Dealing damage in the millions isn't unusual. His spamming was probably due to a shortened cool down and reduced resource costs. Just something to consider.

Still getting old because some people don't leave game when you ask for only legit players and friend aren't always on... lol gets annoying though.... doing damage in the millions is not unusual... but I mentioned 10 million Dps, as in "sheet damage" in
the menu.... just wish they added another game mode like hard core where you cannot drop items so one guy can't just mod something then give it to everyone, but you could mod all you want in the other......whatever though if nothing changes, nothing changes
and one less person buying blizzard games.

  7. Just take a quick peek at people's gear when your in a game. If you spot modded gear, you have a few options. You could record on Twitch and send it to MS or whoever. Just drop out. Block GTs of modders. Everyone gets their rocks off in various ways.
Legit and modders alike. Just have to find people who prefer no mods. It has very little, if any, impact on other players. Also, avoid picking up gear from others.

There's so much on this that a quick Google will show so im not trying to argue. I just expected a "next gen" console to account for a problem that was made apparent in the previous consol.

I agree. I have basically stopped playing with people because it is no fun watching someone one shot everything and just set for cruise. This was a great game, now it is becoming like D3 on the 360, completely ***. XBOX, THIS IS ON YOUR END. I have never
seen modders like this on the PC. For once in your existence, do something to end this garbage.

These are official xbox one forums, so is there official mods? Can anyone make a statement? I personally don't care if you mod but can we have a game mode where you can and can't... If all mmorpgs on xbox one are going to be like this then I have no reason
to pay for xbox live. I play online because there's competition. There's no competition in someone playing for 30 hours with full sets. I have multiple snaps of 20 -40 hours with level 100's+ paragon level and fully built. I have 190 hours and have 2 built
characters with 320's paragon. I'm a nerd for this stuff but there's no feeling of accomplishment in getting somewhere when another cheats themself into the same position.

Hello, I am an official forum moderator. See, this is my mod voice.

Unfortunately, we forum moderators are a) not employees of Microsoft and b) don't have much special power beyond deleting posts, issuing forum bans, and in general trying to keep the hubub and shenanigans around here to a minimum.

So that means neither I nor any other moderator can really address your specific issue. We don't, for example, have contacts at Blizzard or anything like that.

However, I can recommend that if you ever encounter another gamer who clearly is cheating, please use console's "Report or block" feature to report (and/or block!) the gamertag. This feedback is used to set reputation and may result in action against the
gamertag. At the very least, if enough people report the same modder as a cheater, he/she will be matched less often with other players - they'll find it hard to get into a game because their reputation will suck.

    Details on reporting other gamers
    can be found here
    .

    Thanks and good luck.

Also, thread necromancy is fun! I assumed this forum would be busier than it is so I didn't even check dates. I guess DIII had a very short run until COD and the Halo bundle arrived. Ain't nobody got time for it now...

So I went into a rift at like Paragon 10 or 12 or so. 5 minutes later, before I figured out what was happening, I was at Paragon 200.

It kind of ruined my character I'd spent all these hours playing and leveling up. I don't want all the levels. Iw ant to earn my stuff.

Is there a way to reset a character back down? I;d even go back to just level 70 with no paragon because it wouldn't take me long to get that little bit back. Kinda took the fun out of it for me. Modded items :(

  15. Same for me. Joined public game and went from Paragon 230 to 530. I would prefer a reset to 230 because i also want to earn my XP. But it seems there is no Chance to make that "not happened" right?
