Mod????

Will have mod support like pixelmon and etc. if Major Nelson says we will have mods support then why can't we use mods without getting banned

I mean, that doeesn't mean you can't plug some other components right? Idk too much about hardware outside of the console.

Honestly all I want is replaceable hard drives. PC building has come a long way. Half an hour on a site like PCpartspicker and a youtube video on how to put it together and you'd be good to go. The chances of you damaging or screwing it up are basically non-existent so long as you don't buy hardware within the initial launch window of a few weeks or rub it on a shag carpet.

At this point there is no soldering, most things only plug into one port and even in a new build you'll probably spend about 5 minutes in a BIOS max. By the time they made modular xbox components the price would be stupid high and you really wouldn't be saving any amount of headache. For people who want that experience though there are lots of off the shelf PCs out there that you could buy today for a decent price and swap out the GPU in a year or so. Some of them even look a lot like games consoles. The Steambox may be dead but the form factor definitely lived on.

 

You can't use mods, because it (currently) requires 3rd party software which is a big "no no" on the console.

 

My son is convinced that he can get furniture mods and other cool mods on xbox one . Is it true and how do you get them?

Put in mods put in mods put in mods put in mods I speak for alot of people when I say this just let us play like we want alot more people will come from PlayStation if you beat the to the puch on this everyone keeps asking but you shut them down when you
show code of conduct or console rules just let us have what we want let us have freedom.
