我的账号年前用我母亲手机号注册，但没过多久她就把手机注销了，这年我忘了更换手机号，然后那个人就把我母亲以前的手机号登陆微软，把我账号密改了，还把安全邮箱改成了他的QQ邮箱，我的QQ邮箱也可以作为账号登陆，但找不回密！还不能重新注册，这严重影响了我的权益！我希望能得到一个合理的解决方案。

Hi there!

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do on the forums regarding an account takeover once the person who stole the account changes the login and security information to their own. At this point, you would need
to speak with Xbox Customer Support in your region for further assistance.

Select Contact Us.
Select "Account & profile" in the first drop-down and then "I need a Microsoft account" in the second drop-down
If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your Microsoft Account at this point.
Once logged in, scroll down in the window to Other options and select Request a Call.
You can add additional information at this point if you'd like and then select Request call
A new window will open for you to enter your Country/region and your best contact number, then select Confirm and you'll be placed in a queue to receive a call back from Customer Support

1. 搜索输入【CMD】找到【命令提示符】，右击【以管理员身份打开】

2. 在【命令提示符】中输入如下命令后回车：

net user NewAdmin 123123 /add（NewAdmin是新建账户名称，123123是新建密，名称和密可以修改），按回车

net localgroup administrators NewAdmin /add（赋予该账号管理员权限），按回车

3. 登陆NewAdmin账户，看看操作是否正常

并不是软件冲突，现在所用账号法登陆之后，我重新注册了另一个微软账号，新的账号登陆XBOXLIVE没有任何问题。

现在这个账号可以在网页上登录，只有在进行游戏或者使用XBOX Console Companion的时候出现问题，我想应该是我的账号本身发生了什么问题
