if I try to explain again my situation. I bought the game at windows store and it was only supported to play at Xbox one which I'm not possessed that device. I believed that all game I able to shop at windows store was playable at windows 10 system.

Thus, I tried to cancel my purchase immediately. but I couldn't find any way to cancel it.

If I'mtranslating correctly you were not able to cancel a purchase and need a refund? In that case, you will need to fill out a "Refund
Request". You should also get into contact with
Xbox Billing Support for your region. They can help you.
