To request a refund for your region, please contact Xbox customer support available for your region through the following steps:

Contact us here

Select Xbox One

Select See other options

Select Payment & billing under Account management

Select show contact options and go to step 4

Select Request a call from Support if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region

Thanks for updating us with your reply. Are you having difficulty in logging into your Xbox profile (Microsoft account) on the website, or to the console, to request a call? Have you attempted to log into the Microsoft account from a different device,
like a PC, smartphone or tablet, to request the call back?

If so, then I would recommend using our
Lost Account Solution or
Lost Password Solution to recover the information so that you're able to do so. The Xbox Support team would be glad to further assist you with any refund requests as, sadly, we here on the forums lack the tools necessary to assist directly with billing
or refund issues.
