我只打算通过活动试用Xbox Game Pass Ulitmate服务两个月，只用了一个星期，想等着到时候自动订阅过期就取消了。

结果我收到了续约失败的邮件，于是我想手动取消订阅，但是我发现在我的界面里没有取消订阅的选项。

我据服务和订阅找不到取消订阅的按钮。

请问有人可以帮我取消这个订阅吗？

I can't find how to cancel it. there is only "Pay now".

Hello AzusaStar,

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue, if the subscription is past due and is not allowing you to cancel it, technically speaking the subscription is cancelled. Whenever you have a past due balance it will not allow you to cancel
the subscription until the past due balance has been paid for. Once it has been paid for the subscription will renew and then you will have the ability to cancel or turn off auto renew once again.

and Billing". Both text lead to https://account.microsoft.com/services/xboxgamepassultimate/billing

where the subscription then can be terminated/canceled. Of course, only if no payment is still pending.
