    that guy keeps harassing me and my friend for no reason everyday for the pass week. We've reported him for calling me n him a [mod removed]. I don't understand why Microsoft is so incompetent at banning people who show such a degree of antisocial personality disorder. really I dont, if i had said stuff like that my account would've been insta-comms ban or a multiplayer ban

    If these are other users, file a complaint via the console if you feel they have violated the terms of use/code of conduct and block communications. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    If this is the case, then why are they on your friends list? Just remove them from your friends list, and do what Smwutches suggests above this post.
