If these are other users, file a complaint via the console if you feel they have violated the terms of use/code of conduct and block communications. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

If this is the case, then why are they on your friends list? Just remove them from your friends list, and do what Smwutches suggests above this post.

Trial codes only work on certain games usually the games you got them with and only on non ranked matches

It doesn't allow you full access only temporary multuplayer qccess

`Right but this one didn't. I received it with game gear of wars ultimate edition however I was not able to play this game online only single player. One person from support team told me to delete my account and reloaded it also to change location to US
but without success. I can see my profile have xbox live the code was taken succesully but unable to play online games.

Changing your region won't work

You did read the region migration tool warnings right?

Codes are region specific

If you don't live in an xbox live region you cannot play online

With gears you would only be able to play non ranked matches

No horde etc

Only social matches

Or private

He should be able to play any game online with a 2 day trail I have used some 48hour codes when my membership has ran out and has worked fine , id contact Xbox if you have problems, no one here can really help.
