Not only that, but it is important to note that for any unexpected behavior committed by someone on the Xbox network, it’s required to report the player via the Xbox network because only the enforcement team are the ones capable of issuing a suspension if a player is proven guilty.

We, as community members of the forums and Microsoft support, are not capable of suspending anyone’s profile on the Xbox network.

In case you want to review how to report a player, please follow these steps:

“Press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to People, and then do one of the following to find the player you wish to report:
If the player is a friend, select Friends, and then select their gamertag.
If the player isn't a friend, select Recently played with, or select Find someone and enter the player's gamertag to search. Once you find the player, select their gamertag.
From the player's profile, select Report or block, and then select Report.
Choose your category and reason for the report. Make sure that you choose the most accurate category, as this detail is important to ensuring Xbox Safety can investigate the issue properly.
Select Add comment to provide more info, and then select Submit.”

I was told to go here and name and shame them so they will be banned , they have comprimised the account and are using it to bully children as well as using porn. i need to get [mod removed] banned immediatley

I will agree that some bans are mistakenly given and some users who deserve a ban do mostly get away with it.

I wouldn't say some. The majority of people that I played with got com bans because a troll started messaging them and they basically tell them to [mod removed] or [mod removed]
