[Mod Removed] should be banned

So there is a user on Xbox Live called [Mod Removed] who has falsely issued a communications ban to [Mod Removed] to the point that [Mod Removed] got 3 bans in one day and almost ruined [Mod Removed] account. Everyone in the situation has reported [Mod Removed]
for unsporting behavior as falsely coms banning people violates terms of service, but he has never once been banned for his actions. I have contacted Microsoft Support but they haven't done anything. Hopefully someone sees this and finally does something,
but until then this is all I can do.

I was playing madden 13 today and some [Mod Removed] named
[Mod Removed] ip flooded me and I got booted offline. This [Mod Removed] should be banned and fined. It's illegal to hack someones internet and criminal charges should be pressed on this

Sorry but you are not allowed to call out other gamertags on the forums. If you believe someone to have done something against the ToU and CoC of the Live service then use the dashboard reporting tools to report the player. Go to his bio and select File
Complaint then follow the instructions.

 

As long as you have filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

 

I'm sorry, its just that this is a dumb situation

 

That's what we've been trying but he's still getting 2 of my frien communication bans for literally no reason. It's unfair how you let this report spammer have freebies but you ban my friends for no reason.

 

The enforcement team are the ones who would have issued the ban and they only do so after an investigation. They would not have been suspended unless they did something to violate the code of conduct.
