some more information would be needed for us to help you. what is "[Mod Removed]"? an error code? an update number? is there an error message telling you that you need an update? if so, what does it say?

 

Thats my reference number i was told by the microsoft support team to post just like that.......ill explain one more time since this would be my third time contacting microsoft.......my xbox one (old version) will not load after the green screen .... I was
told to do an offline update so i downloaded the OTsu1 file and at 4% of the update an error would occur, im a preview member and the microsoft assisstan told me that i would need a special file because of that and that i would be giving one by you guys..

 

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and actually should not be posted to the forums. We are just regular gamers like yourself.
