So there's a user named [Mod Removed – Personal Information]. going around harassing players he doesn't know (perhaps obtained their name from recent players or simply memorized the characters in the username) but
he is doing this to bait players into violating the xbl communication enforcement policies and then he is immediately reporting any instance of profanity or other violation in order to get a comm ban issued to them. Hes already drawn comm bans on a Handful
of people I know of that hes never played a game with even. Just a fair PSA warning for all players to avoid messaging or communicating with this user.

There are a lot of gamertags that are just 0 gamerscores and just sitting there for so long and no one hasn't use them at all

These gamertags needs to be recycled because no one not even active on them or probably they don't play xbox anymore, I'm very active on xbox and im online all the time, I was hoping if Microsoft can reset these gamertags so I can get one of these that I
listed. I know there's more GT's that are just 0 gamerscores or banned, is there an actual date to when they will reset?

block the player if they are harassing you/others.

If you get a message that you feel is baiting a reaction, mute the gamer and block them. If the message violates the code of conduct, then report them.

The best way to deal with a troll, is to not feed them.

 

Thanks for the clarification guys. I have tried to report this user but as they are technically not violating the terms of comm enforcement I dont believe action is being taken as the user is simply abusing the reaction times and criteria of violation
for xbl enforcement to get other users comm banned. I myself am not fueling his fire but I have many fellow users that have fell victim to this sick game hes playing
