Account hacked

I am a user of the xbox one and for some time a guy with the username [Mod Removed] named [Mod Removed] has been bothering me with the chat. I do not pay attention to him but sometimes from my account he has sent a message to my friends, friends and followers
saying very unpleasant things. Today with my account he was sending messages and he keeps sending me messages. I have changed the passwords several times but this does not change and I want to report it and have someone help me.

DoS attack

Yesterday, I got booted off by someone while I was playing BO2. After getting back on, I was told to report him, so I got more info. I sent a message and he actually sent a message back saying He did boot me off, and he didnt mean to. But If I keep talking
he'll boot me off. I sent a message back saying "GG you " and got booted off. Heres the proof :

I DID contact an administrator about this, and it was then that I was told to Block him and Report.

File a complaint via your console & the person will be investigated.

As badger has stated the enforcement team don't look here , the only way to get the issue looked into is to file a report on your console and let them investigate and punish accordingly.

I want to report [Mod Removed] for booting me offline. I was in a party with my friends and he joined the party and my friend asked me to kick him and I wanted to too because we both have seen him kick people offline and after I kicked him
from the party all of a sudden my xbox foze up for 30 seconds and it poped up that I got disconnected from xbox live. After I unplugged my router to solve problem and pluged it back in I tried to get back on live by re entering password and everything. after
I got reconnected back to live the same guy [Mod Removed] sent me a message quote "smacked". then few minutes he sent me a message saying quote "was it worth it?" that brought to believe that he really did kick me offline. all I ask is if
u could take care of this guy or at least stop him from doing this to people.
