[Mod removed] is hacking my account

[Mod removed] is using my account to buy on his account and stealing my acheivements how can i banne this user from using my email???

i want this to stop i have been looking for who was doing this for months and have now found him please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!

pour faire c transaction puisque je nai rien autoriser.....

You would need to file a complaint and block his account via the console. Calling out other gamers it no allowed on the forums. You should also contact support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation.

i have allready called the support and they told me to do this on the forums .... where can i find the file to complainte???

 

You should see the option when you view their profile on the console.

 

i cannot view his profil on the console because he is not in my freinds and i do not want to add that personne to my freinds

i also took a picture of his fraud

 

That would be the only way to report him so the enforcement team will investigate and take action.

As suggested above this person needs to be reported. Naming and shaming is never tolerated on forums however.

You may always wish to change your email account password, or your Microsoft password, remove any billing information linked to your accounts, and other safety measures to stop this person spending your money. If you have any billings on your bank account,
your bank may be able to help you with this, Or help stop any more payments from being taken.

It may also be wise to change the email account associated with your gamertag if the above options are not an option.
