[Mod Removed] Is DDoSing me and my router! READ BELOW!

[Mod Removed - Please don't name and shame] (Hacker name and Gamer Tag) has been DDoSing my router and hitting me offline and has posed threats to me and my family also he has hacked my twitter and my XBOX accounts by using hacking software
on his computer. He claims to be a well known hacker and wont stop. My family as contacted the police and they say they can do nothing about it. So Please do something about it he just wont STOP!

[Mod Removed] threatened me by DDOSing me and
then did. I have proof attached and hopefully get the xbox live enforcement involved and
get him banned as DDOSing is illegal.

Proof of him saying he will DDOS me which once again is illegal and goes against thecod of conduct as well.

always ddosing me and getting away with it my gamertag is [Mod removed] ddosed me for no reason and is saying that he can take credit cards and buy anything he wants with it

 

You will need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. You will also need to contact your ISP to alert them about what is happening so they can help
you with your connection.

 

Also, if you have received threats against you and your family you should also report the indecent to the FBI via
www.ic3.gov/.../default.aspx if you feel the threats extend to that severity.

The local police can't really do much unless they have a cyber crime division.
